My Article: Dr. Jennifer Walden

I’m writing an article about Dr. Jennifer Walden. I’ve heard about a lot of plastic surgeons on TV but no one like this one. This is a very interesting topic to learn about concerning this amazing female plastic surgeon. Her background in medical training are (1) The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas where she graduated with honors as salutatorian (Class Of 1998) and (2) The University of Texas in Austin, Texas where she studied Biology and graduated with honors. She started her residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch as Director of Surgery on a general surgery internship as well as being part of the Department of Surgery and Division of Plastic Surgery. She was also part of Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship between the dates of July 2003 through June 2004. She specializes in abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), body-contouring after massive weight loss, botox, brachioplasty, breast augumentation, breast implant removal, breast reconstruction, breast reduction, cheek implants, chemical/micro peels, collagen injection, dermabrasion, endoscopic technique, forehead lift, gynecomastia, laser skin resurfacing, lip augumentation/enhancement, liposuction, mastopexy (breast lift), chin implant, microtia, otoplasty, rhinoplasty (nose surgery), rhytidectomy (facelift), skin cancer, and wrinkle reduction by injection. Dr. Walden’s awards and recognitions includes the Best Scientific Exhibit Award by a Resident or Candidate (May 2005), and An Anatomic Comparison of Transpalpebral, Endoscopic, and Coronal Approaches to Demostrate Exposure and Extent of Brow Depressor Muscle Resection presented at American Society for Aesthetic Surgery Annual Meeting (Vancouver, British Columbia, April 2004) to name a few. She was mentioned in many publications like Advances in Aesthetic Surgery Textbook, Dallas Rhinoplasty: Nasal Surgery by the Masters, Aesthetic Society News, Amazia with Midface Anomaly, Ritidoplastia, Plastic Surgery Secrets, Current Methods of Brow Fixation: Are They Safe? and many other publications for starters.
