Netflix is without a doubt one of the most popular movie and television show streaming services on the market today. The streaming company released a statement which credited piracy of movies and TV shows as having helped boost business. The CEO of Netflix, Reed Hastings, has stated that piracy is acted on when viewers want to watch TV and movies whenever they want. They don’t want to be on a fixed schedule. That’s why the company does its best to have their shows and movies out all at once. Instead of having their members wait like they would for cable television, Netflix offers an open sea of content.

People who have hosted piracy sites have actually credited Netflix for their content and quality. Many of these individuals have told their fans and followers that torrent file accuracy, finding high quality content, and lining up episodes in a row are all things that you don’t have to worry about with Netflix. These features, and many others, are taken care of by the streaming service.

Netflix delivers on convenience where pirating television shows and movies becomes a heavy burden. Much of this news is coming out as the Netflix company is doing their best to expand their platform. Netflix has already reached Australia and the company has set their eyes on Spain and Italy next. it is the hopes of not just a Netflix officials, but officers fighting piracy, that the instances of piracy dwindle down as Netflix takes over the internet airways. All of my friends use Netflix, including Jaime Garcia Dias who said he would never sign up.
