Copa Star: An Exquisite Hospital With Exceptional Services

Posted on March 02, 2017

Hospitals can be boring because of having to deal with empty ceilings, the smell of medicine, and a small bed. However, Copa Star Hospital seems to have revolutionized the notion, adding a dash of opulence to the field.

Copa Star is located in Figueiredo Magalhaes, next to Copacabana beach, in a twenty-one thousand meters built area. The hospital is an A-1 luxury hotel, offering top-notch services throughout Brazil. Rede D’Or Sao Luiz, an independent operator of hospitals, was responsible for coming up with the design and are aiming at expanding the model countrywide.

The only time we get to see art collection is when we visit a gallery store. Paintings from Yutaka, a Japanese artist, however, decorate Copa Star’s corridors. Also, the hospital has a separate attachment where nurses can comfortably move patients on stretchers, and we can finally bid traffic farewell.

The hospital is remarkably cultivated and full of splendor. Every room gives you a five-star hotel feeling, unlike typical hospitals where you feel sicker once you enter the room. Every detail was thought through carefully, from the entrance to the décor around you. A restaurant under the guidance of Chef Steve Moreillion operates at the hospital.

To beat the ether smell, Copa Star has invested in woody tones, sending a sweet aroma everywhere. Also, they use natural lighting, how beautiful is it to view the sunset or sunrise from your bed! The lighting offers a state of serenity within the hospital, doing away with strong artificial light.

The project, which started in 2013, used more than 400 million Reais. Rede D’Or Sao Luiz intends to expand the project to other major centers within the country, focusing on cities like Sao Paulo and Brasilia.

About Copa Star

The hospital has modern equipment aiming at providing quality health services and become an example to other hospitals. Also, it has qualified staff members, providing care and support. Surgeries including cardiology and neurology will also be available. The hospital will mostly serve people from Sao Paulo bridge area.

Latest asPire Issue Features Joseph Bismark

Posted on September 09, 2015

Joseph Bismark was featured on the latest issue of asPire magazine. This is one of the most important issues that asPire could release because it deals with the spiritual leader and business owner who believes in holistic physical health. One thing that set Bismark apart from other business owners is that he makes sure that his practice matches his preaching. He walks the very path he talks about. As a matter of fact, he makes sure that he is walking it out before he talks about it.

Another thing about Joseph Bismark is his way of life as a Yoga instructor. He does not just teach yoga, it is his way of life. The one thing that makes him a much better yoga master than others is the fact that he continues to learn about it. One does not stop learning when he becomes a master. Being a master is merely reaching the next level of learning. As part of his lesson on yoga, he teaches meditation.

Joseph Bismark began his spiritual journey at the age of 9 when he went to the mountains to become a monk for many years of his childhood. He has learned many different disciplines and spiritual concepts that enrich his life to this day. He plans on sharing those concepts with others in ways that are universal. He works with his employees, friends and acquaintances in order to bring about enlightenment for them.

One thing this article on Reuters.com has pointed out is that Joseph Bismark believes in total immersion in his activities. One’s mind must be totally on what he is doing. If he has a wandering mind, he can miss out on the lessons and the value of the present moment. Joseph Bismark runs the Qi group which specializes in life improvement. He is a huge influence and he continues to be a big influence in the lives of people and other business owners as well.

Joseph Bismark Believes Businesses Can Achieve Extraordinary Things Using The Energy Of The Qi Group

Posted on July 22, 2015

There is a spiritual awakening happening around the world, and it has nothing to do with religion. This spiritual awakening is impacting how businesses around the world treat their employees and clients. The old phrase, “we are all in this life alone” is being replaced with “we all can do extraordinary things because we are connected to the energy that creates extraordinary things.” A good example of how this spiritual awakening is put to use is on the blog; We Don’t Love These Hogues.

We Don’t Love These Hogues highlights the achievements of Joseph Bismark, the co-founder of the Singapore-based company, the Qi Group. The Qi Group is part of QNET a multi-level conglomerate that offers health and wellness products to consumers throughout Asia. Joseph Bismark is the managing director of the Qi Group, and he believes his spiritual connection has brought him to his role in the Qi Group. Bismark studied with monks as a boy, and that education brought him to the business world.

Bismark believes in education. He was instrumental in opening Quest International University Perak in Malaysia. The university teaches students how to live a green life, and promote green living in the business world. As Bismark says, “We are spirits having a human experience, and it is our mission to do the work of our spirit physically. Happiness, according to Bismark, is realizing that we are spirits, and that is our true identity.

Joseph Bismark integrated approach to business is shared with scholars around the world. Psychologist Ken Wilbur and other spiritual and business leaders are spreading the same message. That message is in order to function successfully in the 21st-century businesses must blend the objective reality with their subjective reality. That is the Bismark mission and the Qi Group mission.

Thinking about a treadmill desk?

Posted on June 12, 2015

The latest trend combining fitness and productivity is the treadmill desk because it allows you to exercise while at the office. Studies show that the effects of sitting down all day does no good for your body, so why not get a desk that forces you to stand and get your heart pumping?

According to a recent New York Times article, the benefits may not be as great as we all thought. The study pit two groups against one another: one group that sat at their desk, and another that used the treadmill desk. The study shows that the health benefits included a better night’s sleep and improved blood pressure. However, the mental benefits did not show the same results.

When it came to performing manual tasks (even typing) and cognitive tests where people had to remember details, the people who were sitting down performed much better. Of course, after a while someone may get used to the treadmill desk and perform better on the test, so even the leader of the study says that the mental benefits may make themselves known after an adjustment period.

If you’re willing to deal with this adjustment period and want to find a way to get in a few extra steps, a treadmill desk may be perfect for you more information or podcasts on the subject can be viewed via iTunes.

Overweight and dumped

It has been said that love conquers all but, I beg to differ and this report seems to validate that

29 year old Britney Fryers believing she had met her soul mate after graduating college, fell in love and spent a lot of time with the man she thought she’d eventually marry. Until during the course of their relationship Brittney could no longer workout as they had become accustomed to doing. Britney began to gain weight and her mate, Jason began to lose interest to the point of cheating on her and eventually leaving her. The fact that struck me was that this relationship seemed to be held together by a concept of looks and what was acceptable as it pertained to that. Unfortunately our society has played a huge role in the shaping of acceptable and unacceptable images.
Everyone has been designed differently according to those at Gravity4 on Facebook, our body makeup and bone structures are not the same, not even as twins. In this case what was even more tragic was the weight that Britney gained was not from shear gluttony! She didn’t just give up on herself, a life issue was the cause but it was not her end! With a Total of 52 pounds lost, Britney has regained her life and I am sure her health.

Chlamydia Outbreak at Texas High School

Posted on May 05, 2015

Along with reading, writing and ‘rithmatic, several of the students at Crane High School have been discovering how to catch chlamydia. The small Texas high school only has an enrollment of 300 students, 20 of those now have the sexually transmitted disease. The state health department was informing all the parents of the enrolled students of the outbreak via written notification.

Chlamydia is easily cured if detected, but an infected high school student might be hesitant to tell their parents of sexual activity and possible sexually transmitted disease. If left untreated, chlamydia will cause permanent damage to the reproductive system. Brad Reifler certainly wouldn’t want this.
Texas state law mandates that sex education taught in schools has most of focus on abstinence rather than on any other aspect of sex education. Crane High School does offer a three day sex ed class in the fall for students who wish to attend. But at the moment, the Crane School District has to find a way to deal with this chlamydia outbreak.
According to a CDC report, the number of cases of chlamydia, syphilis and gonorrhea are the highest in the south and Dallas County Health and Human Services reports a large spike in the number of reported sexually transmitted diseases over the past few years.

The Anger Over The Great Oz

Posted on April 27, 2015

Many people love all of the medical advice that Dr. Oz gives. Dr. Oz is a cardiologist that was made popular by Oprah Winfrey. He is a doctor that gives medical advice, and now he is also the host of his own show. Dr. Oz promote certain products as products that may be good for a person’s heart and for their health.

There is a wave of doctors that believes that Dr. Oz should resign from the medical field. Susan McGalla believes that he is a doctor that is only working to promote certain products, and that he is not looking for the better of his patients. Over 1000 doctors said that they believe that he should resign from his position at Columbia University in New York. 10 of these doctors sent a letter calling for his resignation, and there are other doctors that also think that his medical license should be revoked.

It is hard to really know if these doctors really are mortified by his medical practices, or if they are just jealous of his success. Dr. Oz is a person that many Americans respect, and many more watch his show and also read his magazine. Since that is the case each and every individual has to make their own choice about whether or not they want to believe in Dr. Oz and the products that he promotes.

65 Year Old German Woman Pregnant With Quadruplets

Posted on April 15, 2015

A 65 year old woman in Germany is set to become the oldest woman to give birth to quadruplets later this year. Annegret Raunigk, who is already a mother to 13 other children, became pregnant using donor eggs and sperm. She decided to become pregnant again after her 9 year old daughter expressed a desire to have a younger sibling.

Raunigk has been married five times and has children ranging from 9 to 44 years old. She has raised her previous children mostly on her own. She says she has always liked having children and enjoys the challenges. She also says she’s not worried about being able to raise young children after the age of 70 and feels that she will be just as fit then as she is now.

Doctors say that any pregnancy after age 45 is considered high risk and all pregnancies after the age of 60 are particularly unnatural. Expert Dan Newlin believes it would be hard enough for a woman that age to carry one baby, much less four. When asked about the morals of what she was doing, Raunigk said she thinks this is something that people need to decide for themselves.

The Soda You Buy May Have a Warning Label on it Soon

Posted on April 10, 2015

Health advocates in California and New York are pushing for warning labels on sugary drinks. It is being likened to the campaign against tobacco. Smoking has declined steadily in the United States since the first warning labels started appearing on packs of cigarettes in 1965. Advocates of a label about the negative health implications of too much sugar in our diets and the diseases that result hope that a similar decline in U.S. soda consumption habits will occur. Also, it is not for soda alone but sugary beverages in general. Healthy folks like Sam Tabar (wikipedia.com) know that there are sports and juice drinks as well as teas that have an unhealthy amount of sugar in them. The legislature in California is pursuing a warning label after failing to get a tax on unhealthy drinks passed.

There is little doubt that a simple label will be a much easier sell than a tax where you are telling people to shell out more money every time they buy a sugary drink. It would also go over much better than the widely mocked plan of then New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg to limit the size of the cups that sugary drinks can be sold in. People don’t mind information; they do mind being told how big a drink they can have or that they have to pay more for that drink. If California and New York manage to get such laws passed, you can bet other states will follow suit.
